Tips for staying fit during the Foots season

What i have found myself doing of late is stretching a whole lot while watching these preseason games.... You will be suprised how many opportunities you will get to squeeze in some stretches every timeout or commercial break...


I also have a very huge wine jug that weighs about 50 pounds that i lift over my head while sitting on my couch...(I use it to keep change)

A very good work out for your arms is using one of those pressure balls instead of picking up the remote to surf while the commercials run!!!!


Please add more tips as to what you plan to do to keep off the weight and deal with the stress and tension of watching one of your teams losing money early!!!!

make sure to limit yourself to only ONE egg mcmuffin and hashbrown a week....

Is this written for General Pete? I doubt he keeps himelf under ONE egg mcmuffin per day.

I know General liked Egg macs also but I am addicted to 1 of them a week:smoker2:
